In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77a7", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 77a7 online gaming platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the 77a7 website accessible at https://77a7.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features available thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded by 77a7 to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from that Bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process 77a7 applies to Player accounts.
• "Restricted Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where 77a7 does not accept players.
• "Force Majeure" refers to any event beyond 77a7's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, governmental action, or internet infrastructure failure.

2.1 Age Requirement

The 77a7 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. By registering an Account, you unconditionally confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 77a7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Any Account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Registration Process

To create an Account on 77a7, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. 77a7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the 77a7 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 77a7 may close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Players who have previously self-excluded must not register a new account.

2.4 Residency & Jurisdiction

The 77a7 Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 77a7 does not accept registrations from Restricted Territories. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your location and that you are accessing the Platform on your own behalf for personal entertainment purposes only.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account. 77a7 will never request your password by any means, including email, SMS, telephone, or live chat. Any instruction to provide your password, even if appearing to originate from 77a7, should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

77a7 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its KYC obligations. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle: (a) a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card or passport; (b) proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months; (c) proof of the payment method used, such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days of the request may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 77a7 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after all outstanding KYC requirements are met. Bonus balances that have not yet satisfied their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily withdrawal caps apply and are displayed within your Account settings. Limits may be adjusted for individual accounts based on verification status and account history at 77a7's discretion. All transactions are denominated and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 77a7 Wallet within 60 seconds of a confirmed mobile payment. In rare cases involving network delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear. If a deposit is not credited within 60 minutes of payment confirmation on your mobile banking app, you must contact 77a7 support with your transaction reference number. 77a7 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed during standard operating hours, typically within 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad payments following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method(s) previously used for deposits on the account, up to the amount deposited via that method. Withdrawal requests that exceed deposited amounts via a particular method may require additional verification. 77a7 reserves the right to process withdrawals in tranches where large amounts are involved.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

77a7 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Suspicious transaction patterns, including rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles with minimal gameplay, may trigger an account review. 77a7 reserves the right to withhold funds, request source-of-funds documentation, and report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Any attempt to use the 77a7 Platform to launder money or facilitate financial crime will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 77a7 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the General Bonus Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the 77a7 Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000 BDT. The welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement on the total of the deposit plus bonus amount. The welcome bonus must be activated within 7 days of account registration and the wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bets placed on certain game types or at odds below specified minimums may not contribute to wagering requirements — refer to the specific Welcome Bonus promotion page for full contribution tables.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

77a7 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: (a) registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; (b) using any betting strategy or pattern designed to exploit a promotion while minimising genuine risk; (c) colluding with other players to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; (d) providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion. Determinations of Bonus abuse are made at 77a7's sole discretion.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 77a7 are subject to acceptance by 77a7's trading systems. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. 77a7 reserves the right to refuse any bet at any time without being required to provide a reason. This includes bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been offered in error.

6.2 Palpable Errors

Where a bet has been accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical, typographical, or human error — often referred to as a "palpable error" — 77a7 reserves the right to void such bets regardless of whether the bet has settled. The threshold for determining a palpable error is at 77a7's reasonable discretion, typically applied where offered odds deviate significantly from true market prices at the time of bet placement.

6.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets are accepted subject to the odds prevailing at the time of acceptance confirmation. In the event of communication delays, a bet may be accepted at different odds than those displayed at the time of submission. The confirmed odds shown on your bet slip and confirmation message are the odds that will apply to settlement. 77a7 shall not be liable for any losses arising from delays in displaying updated odds.

6.4 Match Abandonment & Postponement

In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after betting markets have opened, the following general rules apply: (a) if the event is completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets will stand and be settled based on the official result; (b) if the event is not completed within 48 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets. All casino games available on the 77a7 Platform — including but not limited to slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and Aviator — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. These provider rules are displayed within each game interface. By participating in any casino game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games on 77a7 use certified random number generation software. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without 77a7's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77a7 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events; (c) any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers; (d) any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

77a7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 77a7's gross negligence.

77a7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 77a7 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.

77a7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 77a7 will notify registered Players via email or on-site notification with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77a7 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. 77a7 operates as an online entertainment platform; players are advised to check their local regulations before registering.
